This is my beautiful daughter, Darby.
I first met her on September 27, 2002, at Bellevue Hospital. I still remember being surprised that she didn’t cry—she just looked at me with the most curious little stare.

The years flew by, and almost twenty years later I met Drake. I liked him right away because he was so kind, polite, and even made the effort to learn Russian.

I’m truly so happy for both of them and wish them many years of happiness together. 🩷

Drake Barker, my oldest son, fills my heart with pride and joy. Watching him grow into the remarkable man he is today has truly been one of the greatest joys of my life. I can vividly remember those early days when he and Darby were just young martial artists at Adirondack Taekwondo, full of energy and determination. Fast forward to now, and I still smile thinking about how his face lights with happiness whenever he talks about Darby. As we gather to celebrate this special occasion, I am filled with gratitude for every precious moment we've shared and excitement for all the wonderful adventures that await him. Here’s to love, family, and the beautiful journey that lies ahead for Drake and Darby!

I’m very excited for my eldest daughter to be getting married this November. I’ve watched her grow into the amazing woman she is today, and now, she’s found someone who truly makes her happy. Seeing how they are together warms my heart, and lets me know that they will face the next chapters of their life together and full of love.

Drake couldn't wait to enter this world, making his introduction 8 weeks early. I've enjoyed seeing all the interests and passions he found over the years and am proud of all that he has experienced and accomplished!
