I am the bride’s one and only sister! My sister and I would go to taekwondo multiple times a week as children and we met the groom there almost a decade ago. We became close friends there, and started inviting him to join our Mario Kart nights. Next thing you know, he would live with me at Dad’s, he would help my family, and he would make my sister’s dreams come true- moving out and making a life of her own. They prove to me that anything is possible with the right person at your side!

​Bride: starting at Dog Haus Darby was already a very nice and welcoming person, we have many great memories together specially my first year at Dog Haus (2023) we spent lots of time in her basement and backyard. Very thoughtful parties and occasions. Darby is just overall such a sweetheart and I miss the uplifting things she would say and the great shifts we had. 
 

Groom: obviously met through Darby, Drake was the chill guy on shift just cooking it away and goofing it up with Richie. Fridays were always a good shift just Richie, Drake, and I and we would have that shift under control lol. 

I met Darby during my sophomore year of high school. I first saw her in the bathroom and remember thinking how pretty and cool she was. I think I complimented her, and we hit it off from there. We quickly realized her sister was in my grade, and that I was also in choir with Sage. Shortly after, we became super close and spent the rest of the year going on fun car rides and hanging out in Dan's basement. We've been best friends ever since. I had the pleasure of meeting Drake when he and Darby first started dating. He was always so friendly and welcoming, and over the years, as I've gotten to know him better, it's become clear why they're so good for each other.

Darby and I have grown up together as cousins, but I’m so lucky to also have her in my life as a friend. I’ve known Darby at every stage in her life and I’m so excited to watch as she takes on this next phase of her life with Drake!

I met Darby at the first family gathering I went to with her cousin Jack! We got along instantly, shortly after Drake was introduced into family gatherings as well! I ended up marrying her cousin Jack, making me her new cousin by marriage. Over the years, Darbs and I have just gotten closer and closer. I can’t wait to be a part of her special day!!! 

I first met Darby on a double date at DogHaus. We were able to quickly form a friendship through several double dates, and one of my favorite memories of us was bonding over how Thursdays are brown.

I met the bride and groom in a time before they knew their destinies would be intertwined for eternity. It was obvious to me what the future held for them and I made it a goal of mine for them to see what I saw in them.

​Drake and I met in the 4th Grade, and in the 5th grade we both really enjoyed Angry Birds and literature. Throughout middle school and high school we got closer as we did taekwondo together and started working on our cars. Some of my favorite high school memories were doing stuff with Drake spanning anything from Craigslist shopping to random drives to odd places. 

I’m Drake’s younger brother, and I’ve known Darby and her sister for as long as I can remember. Somewhere along the way, I also became the family hairstylist.
When we were kids, Drake and I used to make short action films — they were hilariously cheesy, but they were our version of bonding and brotherhood.

I grew up with Drake and I’ve seen what he can accomplish, even from when we were just kids. He’s a great person and exactly who I strive to be like when I think of a good person. We’ve snuck out to go to Walmart and whatever shenanigans we used to do in the middle of the night, we used to not get along at all when we were young, but it was always fun in the end. Then along came Darby, pretty clear from the start Drake was in love, to help Drake into the man he is and grow with him into the happiest most mature couple I know.

I was lucky enough to interview and hire Drake when he applied to the State. As his supervisor, we spent a lot of time working together and getting to know each other, and quickly became close friends. Whether we were working on policies and exceptions, hunting ghosts in Phasmophobia, or emoting on the enemy in Monaco, we were always having a blast together. I am honored to be a part of Drake and Darby's big day, and can't wait for Adara, Micah, and I to continue making more fun memories with you both!

Darby and I met through working at the restaurant together and over the years we have made plenty of great memories together. She introduced me to the lovely Drake Barker early into our acquaintance and I've never had a friendship blossom so quickly. I instantly felt like I was at home with my people and we all clicked. I'll never forget all the Friendsgivings and potlucks we have done together, Darby is such an amazing event planner. If there's one thing that keeps us all united, that would be FOOD.
